Like a lot of Dj’s I fell into it just by having a huge amount of music due to my early years of working in a small local record shop and wondered what should I do to with it all, so in 1992 I bought my first set of decks & a mixer (really cheap and nasty ones lol) and the rest is history (but here is a little bit of it)…Originally, my taste in music developed in the early 80′s (think electronic 80′s) which then progressed through to the early house years of the 90′s, to finally end up in the little niche I fell in love with Soulful House Music.
It’s my love for this style which then led me to PRESSURE RADIO and to meet loads of great like-minded people and here I am still to this day…9 years later.
I have been on the DJ scene for over 20 years now and have seen a lot of changes in style and club culture over these years; some good, some bad….but I refused to move with the changes and still follow my heart and soul which is deeply rooted in the heaven we all call SOULFUL HOUSE…what you get with my Dj set is a heart warming beautiful vibe packed with vocals because that is what I would want to hear all the time...I really see my self as a very good warm up Dj and proud of that fact.
